Ming's CoreLab ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our iOS mobile application.

Our Privacy-First Approach

Ming's CoreLab is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your personal health and fitness data belongs to you and you alone. Unlike most fitness apps, we:

• Do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data
• Do not use analytics or tracking scripts
• Do not require account creation
• Store all data locally on your device

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Browsing history or cookies

Data Storage

Local Storage

All app data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's Core Data framework. This includes:

• Training logs and exercise history
• Muscle soreness entries and recovery data
• Custom exercise lists and preferences
• Achievement and badge progress
• App settings and customizations

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud synchronization, your app data may be synced across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This is entirely optional and disabled by default.

When iCloud sync is enabled:

• Data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
• We do not have access to your iCloud data
• Apple's privacy policy governs iCloud data handling
• You can disable sync at any time in the app settings

Apple Health Integration

Ming's CoreLab can integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit) to provide enhanced recovery analytics. This integration:

• Requires your explicit permission via iOS HealthKit authorization
• Allows read-only access to Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Resting Heart Rate (RHR) data
• Does not transmit health data outside your device
• Can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health

Important: We never write data to Apple Health or share it with third parties.

Third-Party Services

Ming's CoreLab does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely offline and does not communicate with external servers.

The only external communication occurs when:

• You manually enable iCloud sync (handled by Apple)
• You access Apple Health data (handled by Apple)

Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Manual Backup: Export your data at any time via app settings
• Data Deletion: Delete all app data using the "Reset All Data" option in settings
• App Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all local data from your device

Children's Privacy

Ming's CoreLab does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is designed for general fitness use and does not target or solicit information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through:

• App update release notes
• In-app notification
• Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Your Rights

Because we do not collect or process your personal data, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) are inherently yours. Your data never leaves your control.
