Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Ming's CoreLab iOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ming's CoreLab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and Use

2.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control.

2.2 One-Time Purchase

Ming's CoreLab is offered as a one-time purchase via the Apple App Store. Upon purchase, you receive:

• Lifetime access to the App and all current features
• Future updates and improvements at no additional cost
• Support and bug fixes as reasonably provided

2.3 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, distribute, or resell the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes or profit
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Refunds and Purchases

3.1 App Store Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy, not ours. To request a refund:

3.2 No Recurring Charges

Ming's CoreLab has no recurring subscription fees. The one-time purchase grants permanent access to the App.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

4.1 Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Ming's CoreLab is a fitness tracking and planning tool. It is NOT intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or dizziness
• The App's recommendations are general and may not be suitable for your individual health status

4.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle strain, sprains, or injury
• Cardiovascular events
• Aggravation of existing medical conditions

You assume all risks associated with using the App and following its recommendations.

5. User Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information
• Optional iCloud sync is handled by Apple, not us
• You are responsible for backing up your data

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Ming's CoreLab and all related content (exercise videos, images, text, code) are owned by Core JKD or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

6.2 Trademarks

"Ming's CoreLab," "CoreLab," and associated logos are trademarks of Core JKD. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Core JKD and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from App use
• Data loss or corruption (always back up your data)
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

YOUR SOLE REMEDY for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use and request a refund from Apple.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of content

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

9. Updates and Modifications

9.1 App Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App at our discretion. Updates may:

• Add new features or improvements
• Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
• Remove or modify existing features

9.2 Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• App update release notes
• In-app notification
• Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate this agreement by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Requesting a refund from Apple (within their refund window)

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms, although your purchase rights through Apple remain subject to Apple's policies.

11. Governing Law
